Walking back from a Lincolnshire beach one late summers evening, along a narrow shrub lined path when suddenly a clearing briefly appeared with these three beautiful horses, peacefully standing in the shelter of the few trees around. A brief moment of surprise from all of us at this unexpected encounter and a scene that just had to be captured. The resulting photograph has a distinctly Mediterranean feel to it rather than the English countryside.
